The amount of CO2 produced by the fireplace is small and comparable to the level emitted by a candle. Bio ethanol fuels produce clean, smokeless warmth without the harmful emissions produced from conventional fossil fuel fires and wood burners. We recommend that if the fireplace is used in small rooms and the burner is set to maximum adjustment, the door(s) or a window should be opened to allow for air circulation and guard against indoor air pollution. Do not use an unvented appliance in room(s) used for sleeping, a shower room or a bathroom.

DELIVERY COST & TIME
Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses and takes 3-7 days from the date you place your order.
To avoid any inconvenience, please wait until your goods have arrived before scheduling an electrician or decorator. While we strive for timely delivery, delays can happen, and we can't cover any costs associated with late deliveries.
When your items arrive, please inspect them carefully. If you find any breakages or missing items, report them to us in writing within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to help with issues reported after this period, but please note that additional costs may apply.
We can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses or to address we believe to be insecure such as PO Boxes. We have currently suspended deliveries abroad due to the new customs tariffs.
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver specific large decorative and furniture items to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
RETURNING AN ITEM
We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. If you change your mind, you can return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Ensure all original packaging and labels are intact, and the product is undamaged and unused, excluding normal examination.
For returns over £50, we recommend using tracked shipping and insurance. We aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns must be mailed, as we do not accept in-person returns.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Partial refunds or e-vouchers may apply if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts. We may deduct from the refund if there’s loss of value due to unnecessary handling by you.
If goods are approved for return within 30 days but returned after, you will receive an e-voucher.
To initiate a return, use our Returns Centre on the website, including your order number, contact details, and reason for return. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT GOODS
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Returns Centre or email, providing photos of the shipping label, outer box, and received goods. If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, check them before signing or sign as 'unchecked' or 'damaged.' Notify us within 7 days, including photos, to arrange a return and replacement. Do not dispose of packaging, as this will invalidate the return.
For larger items, a repair or replacement will be offered, or a refund/e-voucher if out of stock. Any agreed collection will be chargeable.
WARRANTIES
For items with a manufacturer’s warranty beyond 30 days, contact us or the manufacturer directly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

REFUSAL OF GOODS
Refusing goods is not considered a return unless they are visibly damaged. Follow the return instructions; refusal at delivery may incur return and delivery attempt charges.

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are processed within 5 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund hasn’t arrived, first confirm that the returned goods were delivered to us. If 14 days have passed, check tracking details before contacting us. It may take up to 5 days for refunds to post, with up to 10 days for PayPal refunds.

EXCHANGES
