If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Returns Centre or email, providing photos of the shipping label, outer box, and received goods.
If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, check them before signing or sign as 'unchecked' or 'damaged.'
Notify us within 7 days, including photos, to arrange a return and replacement. Please do not dispose of packaging, as this may invalidate the return.
