For the safety of our staff the warehouse is following strict government guidelines for safe distancing and we have reduced staff levels with vulnerable staff working from home. First and foremost we are here to make a difference and that starts with our planet. We aim to use only recyclable materials in our packaging and this includes biodegradable mailing bags, paper packing tape, cardboard and paper infill and cardboard cartons. Please recycle wherever possible!

Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your parcel information. Most stock orders are dispatched by our automated system within 1-2 days. Pre-order and Special Order items may take longer as indicated by the approximate guideline on the order pages. Carriers we use for the economy and standard deliveries include Royal Mail Tracked, DPD and Parcelforce and these are sent on 3-5 working day services for stock items. Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll be sent tracking details. Orders received after 12 noon will be sent the next working day. Our warehouses do not currently operate on Weekends or Public Holidays.
Our Pre-order service allows you to purchase goods ahead of the release date to guarantee obtaining a popular product. Purchases will be sent out as soon as they are available on the delivery service selected. These special orders are non-returnable unless pre-agreed and may take up to 30 days to arrive from the date of purchase but we will contact you with an estimated delivery date after purchase.
Printed To Order Items
Printed To Order purchases such as art posters, lampshades and wallpapers will be sent out as soon as they are available on the delivery service selected, this usually takes between 2 and 14 working days. The print run is made every Tuesday and arrives towards the end of the following week. These special orders are non-returnable and we recommend a sample is ordered prior to purchase and checking out our wallpaper guide.
Furniture and Large Items
We aim to delivery furniture and large order items within 2-14 workings days but some items may take up to 30 days for addresses further afield and for bulky items. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to make arrangements for the delivery.
We aim to deliver goods within 30 days unless otherwise indicated or agreed. For lost parcels claims, please allow up to 14 days from dispatch before reporting an item missing. If delivery advice has confirmed the item as delivered and you do not have it, please check with your neighbours and Local Delivery Office. If you have not received your order after 14 days from dispatch, please contact us, so we can initiate a search and lost item process.
If you have ordered multiple items, your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries. Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us for missing items.

For deliveries outside UK Mainland, please contact Customer Services via the Help button and we will work out the best delivery quote for you.
HELP WITH A DELIVERY
If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know within 72 hours. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed, and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, your order will be cancelled, and you’ll be refunded.

Sorry, we can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses or to address we believe to be insecure such as PO Boxes.
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver specific products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
