BREXIT/ COVID-19 UPDATE
Thank you for visiting our site, we are operating and we are experiencing an unprecedented level of orders. We are currently experience a high demand for our products. Our warehouse staff are operating following government safety guidelines and stock orders are going out quickly. For the safety of our staff the warehouse is following strict government guidelines for safe distancing and we have reduced staff levels with vulnerable staff working from home. Our carriers are operating under new protocols and safe distancing when delivering to keep our customers and the delivery drivers safe. Some of our carriers currently experiencing delays of 1-10 days above our normal shipping times and International orders have been suspended. Delivery dates provided are not guaranteed. Please be assured if your order has been marked as shipped it is on its way to you, please check your account/mobile/email for tracking updates.
Pre-order and special order items are experiencing longer delays of 4 to 12 weeks due to the ever-changing situation at the ports due to COVID-19 and Brexit.

For any damages, incorrect items and returns please use the Returns Centre at the bottom of the home page and follow the instructions on the returns policy to speed up the processing and communication time.
First and foremost we are here to make a difference and that starts with our planet. We aim to use only recyclable materials in our packaging and this includes biodegradable mailing bags, paper packing tape, cardboard and paper infill and cardboard cartons. Please recycle wherever possible!
DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMINGS

Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your parcel information. Most stock orders are dispatched by our automated system. Orders are shipped automatically direct from our warehouse in Yorkshire, once your order is placed we have no way of stopping or amending your order. Pre-order and Special Order items may take longer to dispatch as indicated by the approximate guideline on the order pages. We may split your order if your order consists of stock and pre-order items. Carriers we use for the express and standard deliveries include Royal Mail Tracked, DPD, DHL and Parcelforce and these are sent on 3-5 working day services for stock items. Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll be sent tracking details. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the next working day. Our warehouses do not currently operate on Weekends or Public Holidays.
Our Pre-order service allows you to purchase goods ahead of the release date or to guarantee obtaining a popular product not presently stocked by us. Purchases will be sent out as soon as they are available on the delivery service selected. Pre-order items may take up to 30 days or longer to arrive from the date of purchase but we will contact you with an estimated delivery date after purchase.
Printed To Order Items
Printed To Order purchases such as art posters, lampshades and wallpapers will be sent out as soon as they are available on the delivery service selected, this usually takes between 2 and 14 working days. The print run is made every Tuesday and arrives towards the end of the following week. These special orders are non-returnable and we recommend a sample is ordered prior to purchase and checking out our wallpaper guide.
Furniture and Large Items
We aim to delivery furniture and large order items within 2-14 workings days but some items may take up to 30 days for addresses further afield and for bulky items. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to advise a delivery date and then make arrangements for the delivery. Your order may be marked as fulfilled and this will occur with orders placed with our third party suppliers. They in turn will release your order directly when the goods are available.
Large furniture items and mirrors may be scheduled for delivery by van drop off or curb side pallet deliveries and tracking for these items may not be available. We will indicate a delivery date near to the day of delivery and the drivers are asked to contact you one hour prior. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the furniture delivery drivers are not permitted over the threshold of your property. Please check the furniture/mirrors for damages before signing and accepting the goods.

White Glove Service
Once the delivery is organised the two-man delivery drivers will unwrap and check furniture on our large heavy items over 30kg. Once delivered please check and sign for goods in good condition. If you are not happy to accept the goods at the point of delivery, for example if they are damaged or faulty, you must refuse the item and the drivers will take it away and we will organise a replacement. Once delivered and accepted the goods are your responsibility.
Morso Ovens & Grills
There are currently long waiting lists for some Morso Grills and Ovens due to high demand and a shortage of raw materials across the globe. Once your pre-order is received the order is placed directly with Morso in Sweden and your order will be marked as fulfilled. We will advise you of an estimated delivery date. Morso in turn will despatch your order directly to you once reach the top of the wait list. We offer a standard curbside delivery and a paid-for white glove delivery for larger heavy items, please select the most suitable delivery service at your time of purchase.
We aim to deliver goods within 30 days unless otherwise indicated or agreed. For lost parcels claims, please allow up to 14 days from dispatch before reporting an item missing. If delivery advice has confirmed the item as delivered and you do not have it, please check with your neighbours and Local Delivery Office. If you have not received your order after 14 days from dispatch, please contact us, so we can initiate a search and lost item process.
If you have ordered multiple items, your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries. Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us for missing items.

HELP WITH A DELIVERY
If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know within 72 hours. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed, and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, your order will be cancelled, and you’ll be refunded unless it’s a pre-order item.

Sorry, we can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses or to address we believe to be insecure such as PO Boxes.
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver specific products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
