Tiny Moon Pouf Wool

Tiny Moon Pouf Wool is a luxurious, high-quality wool pouf for indoor use by TRIMM Copenhagen. It's a modernised classic beanbag with a round shape and stable form.

The pouf is versatile and lightweight, featuring a handle for easy movement. Use it against a wall with a decorative pillow for a cosy seating area in any room. It can also serve as extra seating for guests, add elegance to an entrance hall, or be part of a unique lounge table setup with the Terrazzo tray.

The wool material is fire-retardant and stain-resistant, making it safe and easy to maintain. The filling consists of 25% recycled EPS and 75% new EPS beads for a comfortable sitting experience. The cover is removable for convenient cleaning. Produced in the EU.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders over £100.

 

For orders under £100 the delviery charge is £4.95.

 

We can also offer express shipping via DPD on some items for £7.95

Do you delivery to BFPOS or PO Boxes

We can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses or to address we believe to be insecure such as PO Boxes. 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We have currently suspended deliveries abroad due to the new customs tariffs.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, use our Returns Centre on the website, including your order number, contact details, and reason for return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is unfortunately non-refundable.

How long do I have to return items?

If you change your mind, you can return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Ensure all original packaging and labels are intact, and the product is undamaged and unused, excluding normal examination.

How soon will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Partial refunds or e-vouchers may apply if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts. 

What happens if my order is damaged?

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Returns Centre or email, providing photos of the shipping label, outer box, and received goods. 

 

If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, check them before signing or sign as 'unchecked' or 'damaged.' 

 

Notify us within 7 days, including photos, to arrange a return and replacement. Please do not dispose of packaging, as this may invalidate the return.
