Challenger T2 2.6 x 3.5m Rectangular Premium Anthracite / Faded Black Free Arm Parasol is a free-arm parasol which offers a stylish and deluxe design.

The free-arm design allows the parasol to be easily moved in all directions using convenient levers and foot pedals, without needing to move the whole base. It can be operated by one person with minimal effort.

The T2 Parasol features a double tilt system, enabling movement to follow the sun without adjusting the heavy base. Tilt from side to side or backwards, and lock the side-to-side angle using a simple lever rather than a ratchet system.

This premium parasol rotates 360 degrees smoothly, providing shade wherever needed throughout the day. Its mechanism is encased in stainless steel and powder-coated aluminium, ensuring durability without rust or corrosion. The robust powder-coated aluminium pole in anthracite offers strength and stability. Tension springs at the canopy ends keep the fabric taut and secure. The rectangular shape perfectly complements outdoor seating or dining sets.

The canopy is made from luxurious premium-class 240g Spuncrylic in faded black. Fibres are solution dyed through to the core, preventing sun fading for twice as long as non-premium fabrics. The fabric is water-repellent, dirt-resistant, and offers up to 98% UV protection—the highest level possible.

This parasol comes with a 2 Year Structural Guarantee. We recommend using a protective cover when not in use to maintain its quality. All parasols are sold separately from bases, allowing you to select the suitable base.

Delivery is free on all orders over £100 for UK mainland.

For orders under £100 the delivery charge is £4.95 to UK Mainland.

How long does delivery take?

As we work with a number of different brands, delivery times can vary.

Are there any other costs?

Some of our curated brands are imported from Europe (such as Kave Home which comes from Spain).

When this happens there can be an additional import duty of up to 10% of the order value.

We will always let you know if there are any import duties to pay on the product page.

Do you delivery to BFPOS or PO Boxes

We can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses or to address we believe to be insecure such as PO Boxes.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We have currently suspended deliveries abroad due to the new customs tariffs.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, use our Returns Centre on the website, including your order number, contact details, and reason for return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is unfortunately non-refundable.

How long do I have to return items?

If you change your mind, you can return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Ensure all original packaging and labels are intact, and the product is undamaged and unused, excluding normal examination.

How soon will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Partial refunds or e-vouchers may apply if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

What happens if my order is damaged?

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Returns Centre or email, providing photos of the shipping label, outer box, and received goods.

If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, check them before signing or sign as 'unchecked' or 'damaged.'

Notify us within 7 days, including photos, to arrange a return and replacement. Please do not dispose of packaging, as this may invalidate the return.
