Delivery Costs & Timings
- Standard UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £100. Under £100, it's £4.95.
- Delivery to Northern Ireland is £15.
- We currently don’t ship outside the UK.
- Delivery estimates are shown on each product page.
- Please wait until your items arrive before booking any paid installation - delays can occasionally happen, and we can’t cover missed appointment costs.
- We can’t deliver to BFPO addresses, PO Boxes, or any address we consider insecure.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
- If anything is missing or broken, email us within 5 days with photos of the product, packaging, and label.
- For any items visibly damaged on arrival, sign as "unchecked" or "damaged" if possible.
- Don’t throw away the packaging - this may be needed for your return.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem.
- You have 90 days to return an item if it’s unused, in its original packaging, with all original labels attached.
- Return shipping costs are not covered, and we recommend tracked shipping for items over £50.
- Items must be posted back - we can’t accept returns in person.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.
If items are returned used, without packaging, or after the 90-day window, we may offer an e-voucher instead of a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right, contact us straight away through our Returns Centre or by email.
- Include your order number, photos of the product, outer box, and label.
- We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability.
- Any agreed collections may incur a courier charge.
Exclusions
We can’t accept returns on:
- Used items
- Perishable goods
- Personalised or Made to Order items (check for the tag)
- Unsealed items like beauty, fragrances, jewellery, masks, hygiene items, or electricals - unless faulty
Free Delivery Offer Adjustments
If your return brings your total below £100, we may deduct the original shipping charge from your refund.
Refused Deliveries
Refusing delivery without following our returns process may result in extra courier fees being deducted from your refund.
Refund Timings
Refunds typically appear within 5 days of approval (PayPal may take up to 10 days).

Exchanges
