  • Don’t throw away the packaging - this may be needed for your return.

  • You have 90 days to return an item if it’s unused, in its original packaging, with all original labels attached.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered, and we recommend tracked shipping for items over £50.
  • Items must be posted back - we can’t accept returns in person.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.

If items are returned used, without packaging, or after the 90-day window, we may offer an e-voucher instead of a refund.

  • Include your order number, photos of the product, outer box, and label.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability.

For orders under £100 the delviery charge is £4.95.

As we work with a number of different brands, delivery times can vary. Here are the different estimates depending on which brand you are buying:

Are there any other costs?

Some of our curated brands are imported from Europe (such as Kave Home which comes from Spain).

 

When this happens there can be an additional import duty of up to  10% of the order value. 

 

We will always let you know if there are any import duties to pay on the product page.

Do you delivery to BFPOS or PO Boxes

We can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses or to address we believe to be insecure such as PO Boxes. 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We have currently suspended deliveries abroad due to the new customs tariffs.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, use our Returns Centre on the website, including your order number, contact details, and reason for return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is unfortunately non-refundable.

How long do I have to return items?

If you change your mind, you can return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Ensure all original packaging and labels are intact, and the product is undamaged and unused, excluding normal examination.

How soon will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Partial refunds or e-vouchers may apply if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts. 

What happens if my order is damaged?

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Returns Centre or email, providing photos of the shipping label, outer box, and received goods. 

 

If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, check them before signing or sign as 'unchecked' or 'damaged.' 

 

Notify us within 7 days, including photos, to arrange a return and replacement. Please do not dispose of packaging, as this may invalidate the return.
