Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses for all orders over £100. For all orders under £100 the delivery charge is £4.95.

To avoid any inconvenience, if you order is going to need installation by a paid professional please wait until your goods have arrived before scheduling  them. While we strive for timely delivery, delays can happen, and we can't cover any costs associated with late deliveries.

 

When your items arrive, please inspect them carefully. If you find any breakages or missing items, report them to us in writing within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to assist with any issues reported after this period, though additional costs may apply.

 

We can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses or to address we believe to be insecure such as PO Boxes. We have currently suspended deliveries abroad due to the new customs tariffs.

 

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver specific large decorative and furniture items to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man. 

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. If you change your mind, you can return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Ensure all original packaging and labels are intact, and the product is undamaged and unused, excluding normal examination.

 

For returns over £50, we recommend using tracked shipping and insurance. We aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Returns must be mailed, as we do not accept in-person returns.

 

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Partial refunds or e-vouchers may apply if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts. We may need to adjust your refund if there’s a reduction in value due to any unnecessary handling.

 

If goods are approved for return within 30 days but returned after, you will receive an e-voucher.

 

To initiate a return, use our Returns Centre on the website, including your order number, contact details, and reason for return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is unfortunately non-refundable.

 

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT GOODS

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Returns Centre or email, providing photos of the shipping label, outer box, and received goods. If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, check them before signing or sign as 'unchecked' or 'damaged.' Notify us within 7 days, including photos, to arrange a return and replacement. Do not dispose of packaging, as this will invalidate the return.

 

For larger items, a repair or replacement will be offered, or a refund/e-voucher if out of stock. Any agreed collection will be chargeable.

 

WARRANTIES

For items with a manufacturer’s warranty beyond 30 days, contact us or the manufacturer directly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Who is Josephine Munsey?

Textile designer Josephine Munsey launched her first collection in 2020, following a series of UK lockdowns that gave her ample time to work in her Stroud-based studio. 

 

With a background working for various design houses, where she gained experience in fabric and wallpaper printing, Josephine decided it was time to start designing for herself.

 

Her husband Greg has since joined the business, managing operations so that Josephine can focus on her designs. 

 

Together, their aim is to help customers create vibrant, patterned homes that inspire joy. 

Josephine's designs are drawn from years of personal sketchbooks filled with images and sketches. Inspired by exhibitions, travel, her mother’s fern collection, and the woods surrounding her studio, each design begins as a simple pencil or fine line pen sketch. Once satisfied, she paints the design in repeat before scanning it into a computer, where she finalises different colourways using computer-aided design.
