Our Helix Flat Weave Rug feels equally at home in a classic Upper East Side interior as it does in a contemporary artist’s loft. Featuring a striking geometric design, this rug brings character, texture and timeless style to a wide range of living spaces.

Superbly soft yet highly durable, each rug is handcrafted to order by skilled artisans in Peru. From hand-dyeing the wool to carefully weaving the pattern on the loom, every stage of production is rooted in traditional craftsmanship and finished with a unique proprietary approach that creates rich colours and a fully reversible design. Simply turn the rug over for an instant refresh of your space.

Designed for everyday living, the Helix Flat Weave Rug is suitable for high-traffic areas and offers long-lasting performance without compromising on comfort. As every rug is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, weave lines and natural striations are part of its unique character.

To maintain its appearance, rotate the rug occasionally to distribute wear evenly and use rug protectors beneath furniture to help prevent indentations. Vacuum regularly and treat spills or stains promptly using appropriate cleaning methods.

Please note that made-to-order rugs require approximately 12–14 weeks for production and delivery. Combinations marked as in stock will be dispatched within the standard shipping timeframe. All rug sales are final.

  • You have 90 days to return an item if it’s unused, in its original packaging, with all original labels attached.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered, and we recommend tracked shipping for items over £50.
  • Items must be posted back - we can’t accept returns in person.

If items are returned used, without packaging, or after the 90-day window, we may offer an e-voucher instead of a refund.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders over £100 for UK mainland.

 

For orders under £100 the delivery charge is £4.95 to UK Mainland.

How long does delivery take?
As we work with a number of different brands, delivery times can vary. 

The estimated delivery time for all items is shown on the individual product listing.
Are there any other costs?

Some of our curated brands are imported from Europe (such as Kave Home which comes from Spain).

 

When this happens there can be an additional import duty of up to  10% of the order value. 

 

We will always let you know if there are any import duties to pay on the product page.

Do you delivery to BFPOS or PO Boxes
We can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses or to address we believe to be insecure such as PO Boxes. 
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We have currently suspended deliveries abroad due to the new customs tariffs.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, use our Returns Centre on the website, including your order number, contact details, and reason for return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is unfortunately non-refundable.
How long do I have to return items?
If you change your mind, you can return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Ensure all original packaging and labels are intact, and the product is undamaged and unused, excluding normal examination.
How soon will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Partial refunds or e-vouchers may apply if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts. 
What happens if my order is damaged?

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Returns Centre or email, providing photos of the shipping label, outer box, and received goods. 

 

If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, check them before signing or sign as 'unchecked' or 'damaged.' 

 

Notify us within 7 days, including photos, to arrange a return and replacement. Please do not dispose of packaging, as this may invalidate the return.
