The Cocoon Aeris hangs cleanly from the ceiling so the flame appears to float, freeing your floor and simplifying layouts in open-plan living areas, dining zones and galleries. The 60 cm matte black dome reads refined and modern even when unlit, while the ceiling rod keeps the silhouette crisp and minimal.

Powered by clean-burning bioethanol, Aeris needs no chimney, flue or power supply. The manual burner holds 1.5 L, delivering a steady natural flame for up to 5 hours per fill with a heat effect up to 3.6 kW.

The ceiling rod can rotate so you can turn the fire toward the sofa for movie night, then angle it toward the table for dinner.

The included 4-piece mounting system reaches up to 238 cm from ceiling to base of dome, and you can fine tune the drop with optional extension rods or an angled bracket for sloped ceilings.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, use our Returns Centre on the website, including your order number, contact details, and reason for return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is unfortunately non-refundable.

How long do I have to return items?

If you change your mind, you can return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Ensure all original packaging and labels are intact, and the product is undamaged and unused, excluding normal examination.

How soon will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Partial refunds or e-vouchers may apply if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

What happens if my order is damaged?

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Returns Centre or email, providing photos of the shipping label, outer box, and received goods.

If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, check them before signing or sign as 'unchecked' or 'damaged.'

Notify us within 7 days, including photos, to arrange a return and replacement. Please do not dispose of packaging, as this may invalidate the return.
