How To Use

  • Clean the silicone ring regularly
  • Hand wash the inside using warm soapy water
  • Do not heat on the stove or in the microwave
  • Do not wash in the dishwasher
  • Not suitable for dairy products or baby food, due to the risk of bacteria growth.
  • Avoid filling up with cold liquids if the bottle is still hot, and vice versa. It may permanently damage the insulation layers.
  • Avoid dropping your bottle or hitting it hard as it might permanently damage the insulation layers.

  • Can I put hot drinks in the bottle?
    • Yes, this bottle is suitable for both hot and cold drinks
  • How do I clean the silicone ring?
    • Use off the shelf food safe cleaning or sterilization products or else there are some homemade solutions such as vinegar, soap, hot water, or baking soda that you can also use.
  • Any tips to keep drinks hot or cool for longer?
    • Yes! A simple yet very effective tip is to pre heat or pre cool the bottle before putting the actual beverage in it. Say you want to keep hot coffee in your bottle, put hot water in the bottle for around 15 minutes, thus preheating the bottle, remove the water and then add the coffee you want to take out with you. The same goes for cold beverages, this time however use ice cold water.

Do you delivery to BFPOS or PO Boxes

We can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses or to address we believe to be insecure such as PO Boxes. 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We have currently suspended deliveries abroad due to the new customs tariffs.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, use our Returns Centre on the website, including your order number, contact details, and reason for return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is unfortunately non-refundable.

How long do I have to return items?

If you change your mind, you can return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund. Ensure all original packaging and labels are intact, and the product is undamaged and unused, excluding normal examination.

How soon will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Partial refunds or e-vouchers may apply if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts. 

What happens if my order is damaged?

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via the Returns Centre or email, providing photos of the shipping label, outer box, and received goods. 

 

If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery, check them before signing or sign as 'unchecked' or 'damaged.' 

 

Notify us within 7 days, including photos, to arrange a return and replacement. Please do not dispose of packaging, as this may invalidate the return.
